If you have questions about your insurance provider or need help verifying your benefits before treatment, our team is happy to assist. We also offer guidance for patients paying out-of-pocket and can discuss financing options when needed.
Preparing for Your First Visit
To help your appointment go smoothly, please:
- Bring your completed New Patient Form
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in
- Bring a list of medications and any recent dental or medical records
- Let us know ahead of time if you require IV sedation or additional accommodations
We welcome direct appointments as well as referrals from general dentists, orthodontists, and medical providers.
