Dr. Abdullah Alkanan is the founder and surgical lead of EW Implants & Periodontics Center, providing advanced periodontal care and dental implant surgery in Kennewick, Yakima, and Walla Walla. With a background in both international and U.S.-based specialty training, Dr. Alkanan is known for combining clinical precision with compassionate, ethical treatment planning.
A Global Foundation in Periodontics & Implant Surgery
Dr. Alkanan’s path to becoming a periodontist began at the University of Manchester in England, where he earned his dental degree. Driven to pursue specialty surgical training, he completed both his Certificate and Master’s Degree in Periodontics at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, one of the nation’s top programs.
There, he trained under the mentorship of Dr. Henry Greenwell, one of the most respected names in periodontal regenerative therapy.
